"Sync Owned Items" inoperable.

I'm not sure if this is the appropriate forum for this post and if it isn't please move it.

Anyway, for the past couple of weeks I've tried numerous times to Sync Owned Items to my Paradox account and it's just said something like "It's been added to the cue" and I can only try it once an hour etc. Before syncing owned items was instantaneous. What gives?

The sync process does in fact only run every now and then - it used to run permanently but the load took the server to its knees.

Is there something you are expecting to add that has not happened? How long has it been?

I have pre-orders for both HoI4 By Blood Alone and Victoria 3. I don't know if they have badges, but in the past pre-orders have yielded them. Victoria 3 I expected one in particular.

Now I noticed my steam account sync needed to be refreshed, but refreshing it didn't seem to affect it at all.

I want to make sure it works since I had issues getting the Victoria 3 sign-up to appear at first several months ago as well and want to guarantee I will get any associated rewards.

I don't think those items have forum icons yet - the team are a bit behind in that regard I believe.
