I have an old AMD Athlon 930mhz processor with an Ati 9000 raedeon pro 64mb video card and 640mb of Ram, is it possible to have HoI2 run smoothly on my computer or should I upgrade my computer before buying the game? I know that HoI runs on my computer smoothly though the game is older and does not need a powerful system. Please help me with choosing whats best.

900 Mb HDD space
4Mb video card
DX 8 (9 recommended)

So it looks like you are good to go. Although if you are looking for an excuse to buy a new computer go for it.
