Tag swapping to Eranshahr breaks ongoing wars of subjugation

Description​

If you complete the event chain to become Eranshahr whilst fighting a war of subjugation (Subjugate CB), it becomes impossible to take the vassal in a peace deal (or any land from the main belligerent) because the tag whose vassal the opposing country was supposed to become no longer exists.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Form Persia
2. Get a subjugation CB from Amir estate diet mission
3. Declare war for a subjugation
4. Open the Zoroastrian path in Persian missions and wait for the event chain
5. Complete the event chain and form Eranshahr
6. See screenshot
