Play as Iberian, take Detente decision, observe Holy War CB unavailable against anyone following involved religion

Here's mine, see for yourself. For example before Détente you could declare war against muslim kingdoms in North Africa, after you take Détente you can't. It should only disable Holy Wars against involved cultures not against involved faiths.
