In May, The Great One, as Cartman was called, was asked to be present at a military meeting.
"What do you want?" He asked.
"Great One, we wish to show you the new weapons that are entering service."
"The first..a light mortar."
"A service rifle"
"And a flame thrower"
"Sweet", Cartman answered. "What is the status of industry?"
"Our industries in the capital are improving remarkably, as in Mongolia.
"Keep the good work coming. Inform me of any new developments."
June rolls along and The Great One's restless.
"Ministers!" he yells one day, "I declared war on Sinkiang! Let us test our weapons against them!"
Sinkiang had no troops at its capital, and it was soon annexed.
"What do you want?" He asked.

Okay, you have my curiosity aroused...where on the map is Tannu Tuva. I want to look at it~!
Tannu tuva's quite spectacular... It's the only really industrial centre in the area, and is probably one of the richest and most powerful one province minors in the game.

For those of you who want to learn a very tiny bit more about Tuva, I recommend a movie, "Ghengis Blues". It's a true story (essentially a documentary) about an American blues singer who discovered Tuvan music, and went there to take part in a Tuvan folk music competition and festival.
