I built already many hyperlane registrar buildings but I didn't have the tech for it. It seems it was moved from Hyperdrive II (or sensors, can't remember) to Interstellar Economics but it still unlocked when I got the other tech.

4. When did this start happening?
- noticed it when I got offered this tech (screenshot)
5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
- not tried another game yet
6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?

- googled, seems it was reported for PC but not fixed for console
