it may be intended but i fail to understand why some techs can not be inherited by the newly released puppets.
The list includes: rocket techs, everything on secret weapons tab, nuclear research, all kind of rocket arty. (i may miss some)

Except nuclear research i'm not sure if it is intended. We dont want minors to produce nuclear bombs for sure (they can't without a decent reactor anyway), but what harm could come from having electronic computer, or sp-rart ?

Or the later infantry models for that matter. I may be mistaken, but models past 1943 are not inherited, are they? That would elicit me to conclude that it is not intended and thus a bug.

Mmh. I have never done much technology modding. There is nothing, I presume, in the files that would indicate whether a given tech would be shared in this manner or not?

- Also going to investigate from the backend, but I cannot get to it right away and this information might save me some time when I do.

Well i looked through the /db folder and I haven't found anything "suspicious" in the files. The reason seems to be unknown and hidden in the code.
My first (and best) bet is that technologies not present in hoi2:arma only in aod are somehow treated differently upon releasing a puppet.
Finding any difference between arty and rocket arty could be the key.
