tech not researching.

Haven't had this before:

I started the "rocket engine" tech with Henri Coanda. But when i looked back at it again it showed this. As you can see its not being researched by anyone, though it is yellow and says it is currently being researched.
I can change the tech team, but when i select someone else i can't let them start researching "rocket engine" as it says its currently being researched.

How can i solve this?

I have the same problem with one of the oil techs. No mods, vanilla arma 1.1

Are these tech teams that you conquered from other nations?

If you liberate the nation to which these belonged, they leave and it can screw you up. At least, that's a problem I've had when playing with "Tech Team Takeover" enabled.

Possibly, but I didn't notice it for a while so I don't remember and you annot look at it to tell. How do I give myself the tevh to clear it?

i have the same problem,but in my case, it's my allie italy

i always wondered, why he still has infantry from 1936, then when i checked (starting savegame as italy), i saw why

same problem as discribed

i use vanilla arma 1.2

found a way to fix it
you have to edit your save game

there two ways:

if you just to fix your country search for it in the savegame and them scrolldown till you see something with application, like athe end of my post
if the entry "tech-team" is missing, delete this Application part, but let the rest be, there is probably more than one

second way is to search with the search function for 'application' and check every entry if it has a tech_team assigned, if not delete it

this is an example of my savegame, like it should be:
