Tech Team Mods

I'd appreciate it if somebody could give a step by step guide on how to actually use more than the standard 5 time tech teams in DH. While I'm very experienced in the gaming aspect of DH/HOI, I'm a complete novice when it comes to modding (in all honesty, I haven't a clue where to start or finish), and I'd be eternally grateful for a detailed guide on how to add more tech teams.

Check Darkest Hour\Mods\Darkest Hour Full\db\misc.txt and play at your will with these parameters:

# Max active tech teams at a time (cannot be more then 50). Note: New Technology page layout will be auto-set for values above 5!
5 #5
# Min active tech teams at a time (available teams regardles of current IC)
1 #1
# Required IC for each tech team above the min
20 #20

Everything after # is comment, so only values to the left of it are read.
