there will be no tech teams in HOI3 so hopefully some modder or other will read this and add the idea to a mod or justm a HOI2 patch(unofficial), the idea is that when you annex a country you get the tech teams with the correct political background. i.e. if ITA annexed Canada then they get any tech teams that were know to be fascists.
