1st off a technical question- is there any way to make the font for events larger? I love the flavor of the events but just hate the tiny font.

That being said, my next questions are historical ones....

1. In what year was the first Spanish/Portuguese colony/outpost attacked by another European power?

2. In what year did the first Spanish/Portuguese colony/outpost get conquered by another European power?

I read that in the mid-1500's or late 1500's that Portugal had a ton of colonies/outposts taken by other European powers. I can't find the location of the very first colony/outpost that was taken though but assuming that it takes place in say, 1547, would it be possible to mod AGCEEP to have ToT end on that year?

Or at the very least create special events (nations get ships + soldiers + national province) which make European countries jump on top of Portugal's colonies/outposts? When I played as Portugal long ago it was fun but I got dismayed at how easy it was to colonize so much but yet how little fighting Europe did for my colonies.

Also, would it be possible to create events which help with mapping for Europe? (ie, in say, 1547 England automatically learns locations of certain provinces in specific years to help with stealing colonies/outposts) (also, other countries get "mapping events" to help them too)

Apologies if any of this has already been implemented. I haven't played AGCEEP in like 2 years so I'm kind of curious about the new stuff. It certainly is fun playing newer countries instead of just Portugal.

Also, are there any religicide FAQ's targetting certain religions? Like trying to wipe out Christianity or Islam or Paganism? I know someone made the entire world Muslim on vanilla 1.09 long ago.

Off-hand I can't recall any Portuguese colonies being attacked in any substantial way by European powers prior to the union with Spain in 1580. On the contrary Portugal wiped out at least two French colonies in what is now modern Brazil between 1524 and 1615.
I see no need to modify the Treaty of Tordesillas dates because most, if not all, of the attacks on Spanish and Portuguese colonies were done by Protestant Holland and England, not by the French.

Ah that makes sense. As a Catholic I'm just so used to keeping my countries Catholic that I never really convert them to Protestantism. ; )

And as non-Catholics the Protestants don't acknowledge the Pope's authority, along with his ToT.

You can use the alternative font mod available on the AGCEEP website. See here.

End of ToT comes with the Edict of Tolerance event... and its own hardcoded effects. No way to dissociate them with current engine.

There is no command in order to reveal parts of the map with current engine.

Problem with reformation - it doesn't happen!

Hi, I didn't want to set up a new topic, so I write here:

I exportet my game from Crusader Kings to EU2 and I put it to the AGC-EEP mod with few modifications (I swept some cultures and countries manualy in the exporter scenario file). When it came to year circa 1520 reformation just do not happen. Even if there is evet for Poland, which I play, which where I choose Wroclaw (Breslau) to confert to protestant religion nothing happens, the province religion is still catholic. However some countries change their state religion to protest due to events (like SWE or PRU) but then they convert back to catholic 'cause there isn't even one prov with protestant religion in that country.

What could cause that and how can I fix it?

You forgot to include all the AGCEEP events directives in your savefile. See the include and event directives at the end of the AGCEEP 1419 scenario eug file (especially Reformation_events and RNGC ones but not only).
