Techs gone missing?

I have "noticed" this a couple of times when I load a game, I shared some techs before I saved and when I load I can share the same techs again, so maybe my diplomats lost them? :wacko:

I'm not 100% sure as it's no big deal, I'll keep my eyes opened if I notice it again, anyone else noticed this?(Not easy to notice if a minor have or do not have some radio tech.)

Hmmm, seems unlikely to me... Are you sure you're not confusing techs with the same names? For example: Early War Experience Analysis is in more than one tech branch.
