It's posted as it's own entity cause it's not bound to one specific game. It's currently useable for Stellaris, Hearts of Iron IV, Europa Universalis IV and Crusader Kings II. It will also work for future titles as well. This is why it's lifted out from a specific game section and got its own spot.

And uppon release of more modding tools (please?) the forum can be renamed to "modding tools"
