Teleporting belgians

Aside from the free french who tend to teleport to Cayenne when Vichy occurs, the belgians seem to have the same problem....

Germany puppetted Belgium where upon some 25 divisions in Belgium (Arlon) later reappeared in the belgian Congo.

When belgium is conquered , the capital moves to the Congo.
So everything in the queue will also be deployed to the congo

well , that capital in congo was taken and belgium was puppeted, not conquered...... 25 divs sitting in arlon teleported to congo... still weird

Wen you take over the european territories the comp can only redeploy them in congo (he strat redeploys them from europe - only then to find that he cant put them anywhere except the new capitlal - congo area). In the meantime you probably take over congo (before he deploys them) thus when you puppet they are still assigned to congo.

again, these guys were sitting in Aarlon... when the puppeting occured they disappeared ... poof... and then reappeared later in Congo...... whatever the explanation, this is not right

E belive vichy happend with belgium sometimes it doesent happend.. Then Belgium becomes german controled provinces. and Ive seen antwerpen became both british and french occupied, still german controlled.

A similar thing is possible for human players. Ie. if you put units in Norway in to SR and Norway is then captured by the enemy, you can SR those units in Germany allthough that wasn't originally possible.

So that would indicate that they should be only able to redeploy on mainland europe..
