And I made my own proposal for the Human AA-brigade. I think it should be very important (and ingame cost-effective) brigade in the early years before the humans start being able to produce their own aircrafts.

And I hope that this won't be a mod that takes to much of the hollywood-terminator saga (like having Schwarznegger as a terminator pic) or have to much events based on the "Sarac Connor Chronocles", wich I infact really hate. That and the last terminator movie... but the first two rock! :cool:

Just one thing: making a mod is huge amount of work. It's taken me over a year to get an early alpha I was handed into a very playable shape. That's with limited, but significant, help along the way. It's been mainly me coding it all.

I wont be able to help you directly with this mod but I can give advice and share what I've learnt about modding and the game engine along the way. There are lots of quirks. Even the wiki article on HOI2 modding had some mistakes (I posted corrections on the wiki to help other modders).

Using the HOI2 game engine to make a sci fi strategy game is a wonderful thing to do!

Yeah I know, I have been going through the map and hoi editor... man there is alot to do... but If I and some more people work really hard on this mod, then this can be finished quickly (hopefully).

I used to have a copy of the game above but can no longer find it, remarkably it had lots of background information about SkyNET and even the weapons and troops the humans used. Digging around my towers of discs to find since I like the idea of this mod. Will try to help any way I can.

Nah, nothing to add. It's pretty well squared away.

It IS based on population, industrial and military centers. It's also based on NATO treaties and maps of actual fallout patterns dictated by FEMA if the United States was hit by the USSR's arsenal.
 
will the really advanced models like t-1000000 and t-x be in secret weapons?
if they r buidable, they shud be like tanks in modern day, like 60-70 is cost for t-1000000 and 35 cost for t-x and take maybe 1 and a half years to build. or maybe 4-5 yrs to build t-1000000(consedering skynet only ever built one t-1000000.

Can you perhaps draw out a terminator figure?, cause I am alittle dissapointed that It isn`t working when I try to make one out :/

o cause skynet might be afraid that what happened to schwarzenegger's character might happen to the t-1000000. i can imagine that skynet wouldnt want to build anything it couldnt beat since the humans might capture it and use it.

Since the terminator franchise is so popular I really wan`t this mod to live up to al the fans of the Terminator (even doe we havn`t seen so much of the future war).

Sounds good. I would make it an event triggered by researching several technologies such as Skynet and Robots. The event would create the machines as their own nation as they fire off nukes and break apart the world.
