Terraform duration shows base value even with active terraforming gases

When you hit the terraform button the times shown are always the base values. After activation the tooltip showing a shorter duration when gases are active. But the reduced time should be visible when selecting a planet type?

2. What version of the game are you using?
- 5.0

3. What DLC do you have installed?
- All DLC

4. When did this start happening?
- Noticed it after installing Patch 5.0

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
- just terraform with gas Edict

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
- all

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?

And gases for 50% reduction don't seem to reduce by 50%.

Terraforming gases not reducing time by 50%?

Not sure if tooltips are wrong or the gases don't work. It says 7200 says to terraform. When I start it with enabled terraforming gases Edict it says 4800 days. But that's not a 50% reduction. 1. What platform are you using? - Xbox Series X...
