No toxic rain is supposed to happen after a certain threshold - I got the pop up saying no more toxic rain yet here we are in the middle of a toxic rainstorm

I get these with dust storms. Or great dust storms as they are labeled. Trying to get perfect run to 100% terraforming and I keep having huge dust storms roll in despite being 100% atmosphere. It’s killing me. I’ve also had acid rain fall once since getting above the threshold
