Terrain types, anywhere but in static modifiers?

I'm looking for any files that reference terrain type, are there any besides the static modifier file that controls defense bonuses for hills and plains?

I don't see a terrain.txt, just a terrain folder and terrain bitmap.

Edit: Oops, was looking in the wrong P'dox folder. Hehe.

New question: Is it possible to add stuff to those terrain values? For example, giving all forests a tag, in the terrain.txt file?
