That is, thanks to my wisdom it is only these three methods you need to use. Had other been allowed to decide, such as FAL or Tonio, you would have had to do square root calculations as well

There, formula changed. Hope its correct now. The MT was 3.09 but thanks to my uber truncating skills it added up to 3.

Well China went rampage. We made a deal to be Moldavias friends for the session by letting us have 1 core province and something else that i don't remember
by doing this moldavia ahd free hands to conquer saxony and albania. but enough of that.
China teched 25 techs in NT
must be a bloody record. muhahaha we increased our fleet by 300 ships but that doesn't seem to be enough so we started constructions on a new grand naval port. may this port be glorious in producing massive cannon ships by the finest chinese wood. We were idle for a long time watching the great battles in europe. Our admirals got in port in the one of the italian provinses and started to unload all the spies that they carried. These spies proved usefull as we could see the decline of nations and new possible targets. After some diplomacy with our newly friends and some insults to the evil scots that didn't do the damn edits we declared war upon Albania quickly sieging their Cot and 1 more province. after some minor battles and sieges we finally agreed on peace with them. also some diplomacy with the portugese when we saw them sieging a target of ours. nothing more intresting happend in these 22 years.to do.
Take more rich provinces.

Build more of our 300 cannon ships(slow but effective
)and get more money!
