-The spies bug; my own spies don't seem able to infiltrate (even after I add a spy I still have 0 spies protecting me) whereas I'm infiltrated by 300 billion spies. Perhaps the enemy simply killed my spy off that fast?
-Various 'unknown string wanted' events, obviously related to the spying glitch somehow.
-GER starts with the ability to produce cav '40, which is far superior to their own light armor model (and I imagine anyone elses armor also). How does the upgrade tree work? Building a bunch of cav for early game exploitation and then upgrading it to Panther's might be too strong. Also, Cav' 36 stats are either too strong or light armor '36 is too weak. IMO basiccavalry should not be 3 times as tough on defense and twice as resilient in attack as a pzkpfw 1. The bonus morale to CAV '40 is pretty strong too, and could prove imbalancing.
-Militia I seems a little too strong in comparison to Inf '36, particularly in regards to defensiveness. Militia has only about 10% less defensiveness, but costs only approx 1/3 the IC-days and has a supply consumption of 1/5 that of infantry, and are 1.66 times as fast. Better at suppression too. Obviously this could be the way you want it; it would make brigades much more valuable when it comes to assaulting enemy positions (militia would be basically just the basic infantry component, without any heavy weapons).
-The AI is crazy for earning money. Italy has ramped up its CG so that it makes +20$ per day. SOV, UK, FRA are like this as well. USA produces a whopping +$55 per day. This could very well be related to the spies glitch, but it will hamper AI production queues.
