Teutonic Order related CTD I believe

Just wondering if anyone else came up with this. TO had 1 province next to my kingdom of Denmark. So I conquer it, it had only 1 province, and it even reappeared in a province in Scotland a little later apparently... but despite that, EVERY saved game I had AFTER that was not reloadable. Anyone else have the same experience? I'm going to try again ASAP, and if I can replicate it, who do I send the save file too?
