As seen on screenshots, "TECH_IS_INSIGHT" is shown in all techs "aquired" from pre-ftl civilisations, archeological techs are not affected. I've seen "&!masc" bug with some text related to pre-ftl civilisations (I think in some events, but I don't have screenshots of those)
EDIT 1: I found one event text bug
EDIT 2: Pre-ftl civ's buildings have the same problem

I believe the patch notes do say that localisations are broken in some places, and will be addressed in future patches.
