because EEP's text.csv is unsorted eu2 has to sort it every time you start eu2... 
so i made a small progam to fix this
http://coder.specialforces.ee/eu2/text.csv.zip contains this program (you can use it to sort some other mod's text.csv; requires .net 1.1) and a sorted EEP 1.41 text.csv
