Steps to reproduce​

Click on a transportation building. Click on the Lines Overview button. If the Lines Overview info box is covering the service building info box, the text "On/off" is seen right through it. Tried it with various transport buildings (bus, tram, etc), happens on all. There may be other places it happens, not sure.
