Howdy,

I am playing the Papal States, and I wouldn't mind starting over after giving the boys some advantages they do not have in the GC. What things can I tweak to give them some help? Colonists, explorers/conquistadors, money, whatever, I am seeking advice. Any help would be appreciated.

I suggest you start out with reading my FAQ (especially the editing the game part).

Then head over to the Scenario forum on this board and read through old posts.
You will find everything you know and a lot more =)
