That is a good goddamn question, but how are we suposed to understand English/American people? They are not suposed to be understood.

Kinda makes me remember the typical English expression "its raining cats and dogs"... What do cats and dogs have to do with the weather?

Whoever came with these kind of expressions must had been drunk.

... Or maybe he was someone like Slargos. :D
