Every single one of our 18 voters put voice to this category and offer up a huge 34 different AARs! There was a definite winner, but 2nd through 4th were pretty close when it came down to the final counting. Our winner is a repeat from last year and is...

A most worthy winner and definitely one of the favorites at this forum! Many congratulations for besting these other great works. 2nd place goes to...

And then 3rd place goes to...

There was not much separating these two works and likely competed against themselves. Such is the lot of a writAAR creating two great works at once. ;)

Holy cow! That's a lot of AARs!! Good ones and worthy! :)

Many congratulations to all of these wonderful works that gained a vote and more and especially to Eurasia and indeed Bullfilter for the win! Quite the competition for this category! :D

Jesus Christ what is Lancaster doing in 4th place Over Odin? Then again, most of the others I've read and really enjoyed over the past year, and have much more interesting gameplay ideas/premises than mine. I personally recommend the US garunteeing world peace, an example of breaking a game at its finest, and the permanent revolution/apocalyptic nightmare of the Trotskey Russia AAR.

I guess I really need to write some more of it then...

Congratulations to @Bullfilter and the @Eurasia twins. Your success at producing multiple high quality works at the same time, and on a reasonable schedule, is both impressive and depressing. ;)

Congratulations my friend @Bullfilter for winning, everybody who were nominated or just voted! and thanks @coz1 for all the hard work!

Congratulations to the winners. Thanks to all those who voted. I'm honoured for my work to have been nominated in this category, let alone getting 4th place.

Congratulations @Bullfilter and to all other winners! Truly honoured to be included alongside such fantastic authors!
