Once upon a time, the Multiplayer AAR was a beloved style but it has tailed off throughout the years. So too the Interactive style which began a little later but had its strongest time probably near the end of the the aughts and into the teens. Both are still done and so we want to continue in the desire to rewAARd them but I must say it is the least voted upon category of this entire process. Only 7 of our 23 voters nominated works and in doing so, only 4 AARs were listed. That said, one work was consistently listed and was the clear winner. Thus, the 2022 MP/Interactive AAR of the Year is...

Probably doesn't hurt that they have "multiplayer" in the title. ;) And it was definitely well done so very much deserved. Runner up went to...

Maybe not interactive in the sense it was once done, any AAR that includes many of the members of this forum should qualify. And finally, third place was a tie between the two other AARs given nomination...

Certainly great works and I'll not quibble if or not they really qualify because any vote here is a good one.

There likely needs to be a conversation on how to handle these works going forward but I would prefer that to be in the main YaYa thread. This thread is for congratulations to all of those nominated and most especially to both @SibCDC and @Tom D. for their excellent work! Well done. The thread is now open for your own congrats, thanks and discussion of the work(s) if desired. Back tomorrow with our Graphics awAARd.

Congrats to the winning pair and the silver medallist and my fellow bronze medallist. Thanks also for the nod for TT, which did recently receive moderator approval for interactivity for the post-game epilogue and alt history phase (mainly for the big Geneva Peace Conference voting rounds).

Thanks for the medal. Thank you to everyone who voted and especially @coz1 for his taking the time to sponsor the YAYAs. Congratulations to @Tom D. and @SibCDC who show the value of teamwork. Congrats to @Bullfilter and @Zamarak500, who make everyone a part of the team, even if no one understands Mo Jie. Zamark has finished Last Days, but he has a new AAR for you to peruse. A huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of Avon. I would like to list everyone, but I fear that @coz1 would place a word limit on me. To @coz1, a Georgia Dawg should consider making shine with Uncle Jesse Duke, a highlight of their career. Everyone thank you for making me a part of your family.

Everybody wins, can't think of a better outcome. Pat yourselves on the back for putting in the time and effort for these AARs! You've done good work.

Wow thank you everyone for the votes! Of course I couldn't have done this without @Tom D. I was on a bit of a hiatus because of issues with my computer, but coming back to this and reading this has given me the motivation to continue! Congrats to all the other winners. The multiplayer/interactive category still has some life in it and let's hope 2023 will bring us more of these great collaborative projects.

Nah, that's too much honour really, sure I taught you the game and came up with the title but I've not written anything past the 1500s I believe for the AAR? And I'm sure you edited a major part of it. It's mostly your accomplishment here and I don't want to claim more honour than I've actually contributed here. Congrats on the awAARd my friend!

The Sixth

<when the previous concerts and shows end, the audience remains dormant, drained off all their energy>

<then the stadium lighting flashes, and the synthesiser kicks in>

<and despite the tired melody, the arena is filled with screams reaching the sky>

[*] Appropriated from The Final Countdown of the album with the same name by Europe (1986).
The music video scene is Solnahallen, Stockholm, from the concerts in 1986.
The song may have the bland taste of now died-out cheesy hard-rock of 80s, but no one can deny that solo.
Yep. Hard-rock exists no more, only a misstep in the evolution, with incredible classics. Melodic death metal forever! Hell yeah! (Lol)
