I played DAIM Bigpack as the UK. By July 1942, Germany still has not declared war on the Soviet Union. This may be because I brought Republican Spain into the allies, and placed 24 UK and 12 Spanish divisions in Bilbao in September 1940, just after the Vichy event fired. The Germans built up 40 or so divisions in response. By October 1941, when Japan declared war on both allies and USA, Germany had 85 divisions, while the Allies had 62 divisions. The USA joined the Allies, and instead of attacking Japan, sends its forces to Spain.
Current Force Composition (Mid 1942):
Allies:
UK: 9 Inf, 1 HQ
US: 6 Mot, 44 Inf, 1 Mar, 3 Mtn, 10 Arm, 9 Cav, 1 Mec
SPR: 7 Inf, 1 Mil, 1 L-Arm
CAN: 6 Inf, 1 Arm
GRE: 2 Inf
NZ: 3 Inf
LIB: 1 Inf
Germany:
1 HQ
89 Inf
19 Arm
3 L-Arm
6 Mtn
5 Mot
1 Mil
1 Cav
World War One-style trench warfare has sprung up on the Franco-Spanish border. This is disgusting, though not your fault.
Regardless, I normally have lots of fun playing against a decent AI. Thanks for all your hard work.
