What's the best german minor to play with in EEP either through qauntity of events or perhaps quality of events?

I would go with Brandenburg. They have some CB-shields and gets a couple of nice events. And as a bonus you can become Prussia later on.
Wirtemberg has lots of events, mostly about its internal development, quite interesting to play through although there are few truly "beneficial" events.
Kleve has several very nice and some very nasty events, gets a quite competent new leader and the possibility to inherit Geldre and defend it against Spain.
Bavaria gets several core provinces and many events, mostly beneficial ones.
Brandenburg is of course an obvious choice, however it cannot really be considered a minor.

I think Brandenburg is a minor, it starts with two provinces.
