Concerning the betas, does the latest beta include the changes made in earlier ones?

Im not sure about that, becuse i had been away for some time, then came back and looked on the changes done in all betas, for example Ostlandet now produce Naval Supplies. So i downloaded the latest, but Ostlandet didnt produce it. Then i downloaded the beta were that change was made, and now it produced it.

I guess you Norwegians have to name the provinces like that so you'll be able to find your way.
Are you supposed to enter through the new EU2-shield? It says that some excel-file can't be found.

Bah, nah, we have more specific names, but those are too small for the EU provinces - execpt Finnmark and Nordland (Narvik province)

Make sure you downloaded and installed the official 1.07 patch before you installed the latest beta. In any case it's screwed up, and you need to do this:
1. Uninstall EU2
2. Reinstall EU2
3. Install 1.07 patch
4. Unzip latest beta
If it doesn't work after this something is really wrong...

I've never heard of that before. You'd better do a search in the bug forum. I have a hunch that re-installation is ahead of you.
This sounds like what would happen if you installed the beta into a different directory... you have to install it so that the new eu2.exe overwrites the old one.
Re the other changes, after the May 11 Beta some of the changes that AndrewT submitted seem to have been lost, or at least they're not being repackaged. So it might be worthwhile installing that first.
I have all my EU2 stuff in my "Europa Universalis 2" folder. There are two EU2-shields, one called "Europa Universalis 2" (original) and "EU2" (beta). When I unzipped the beta-zip I checked the overwrite box. Problem still remains. What's wrong?
