After updating to The Clink, I am no longer able to place benches and tables next to each other. The game seems to think that there is a 1 or 2-square border around both tables and benches which prevents them from being placed within 1-2 squares of other objects.

Additionally, all of my prisoners can only sit in the middle position on the benches: http://ca.mag.cm/bb8fdf124aff [screenshot]

Something is clearly broken with benches and possibly tables as well.

Unfortunately I'm using Windows so recording a screencast is stupidly difficult. However, I'm happy to follow up with any needed information to diagnose this bug.

I have the same issue after the update, and it's definitely a bug. My guess is it is related to the object rotation/orientation part of the update. Items placed on vertically oriented tables, and prisoners that sat on vertically oriented benches before the update are now all placed horizontally. Dismantling the benches and tables doesn't seem to clear the usable area either, so I can't even fix this by dismantling the old ones and placing new benches and tables in the correct (vertical) orientation.

Visitation Booth are also broken now I think. Visitors don't seem to be able to reach the "useable spot" at the booth so they either don't show up or leave immediately after they tried to sit down and can't. Can someone confirm this?

Update: 7/02/19 @ 2:37 UTC - Due to not receiving any follow up from Paradox on this thread, I've created a support request through their ticketing system to bring attention to this bug. I will post another reply once I hear back from their team.

Updates: 7/02/19 @ 5:27 UTC - I received a speedy reply from Paradox Support. They have documented this issue thanks to the information in this thread so that the developers can address the bug. Unfortunately, the Paradox team just left for their 'summer break' which means that there's only a skeleton crew in the office working. It may be some time until this bug is fixed and an update is shipped. We'll have to amuse ourselves with another game until a patch is released.

Thanks for the follow-up. I was looking for an official bug tracker, but somehow I didn't think to actually click the "customer support" link. Hopefully they address this one soon.
