OK... I know this AAR just got off the ground, but unfortunately due to what appears to be faulty memory ("memory parity error" message on the AOD start up screen- think that's the only probable cause) this AAR is on hold until I either obtain some new memory, or a new PC to transfer the files on (unless anyone's got any (cheaper) ideas on how to resolve the matter)- I literally can't make it to loading the game without the PC crashing. The AAR will be continued- I'm just not sure when, and I sincerely apologize to you readers for putting it on hold

One possibility would be making your save game available to see if anyone else can load it. Maybe the file is just corrupt.

It's in my sig - LMCP savegame.

I never encountered that bug before - most of the others, but not that one. That should mean that it's not the save, but I've been modding this game and others long enough that I'm well aware that that isn't necessarily the case.

It's definitely the PC- I get crashes at various times on other games (BF2, ArmA, HOI2), and I'm pretty sure it has to do with faulty memory (I guess games use up too much RAM to avoid the problem)
