Shaytana - Thanks. If mine lives up to the others, I'll be well pleased. I'm enjoying them immensely.
frogbeastegg - Glad to hear it. Hopefully the next update will be suitably tantalising, as the plot gently thickens.
Mike - We shall see. I have an idea of what might happen to Saxon culture, but I'm letting the game decide it. With Gro in the picture, we might even get a bit of Danish influence.
stnylan - I'm sure its only a matter of time.
Oliver - Thanks. I'm very much of the opinion that 1066-1090 was a very pivotal point for England, with so many different countries and dynasties all having a claim on the throne of England - which itself was still quite divided. Its likely that we shall hear more of those claims during this AAR.
Daniel - Cheers. The Leofricsons in the North are easily the strongest remnant of the Saxons - the only other house in CK of any note is that of the Siwards in Northampton. Everyone else is Norman, aside from the few Normans who have embraced a fusion of Saxon and Norman culture (the so-called 'English').
HÄI - Cumberland is a little too close to Scotland for my liking, but then I live in Lancaster, and could hardly be expected to willingly side with York, now, could I?
Next update (fingers crossed) tomorrow. Thanks for the positive feedback, everyone.
