The Fall of Berlin

(Sorry but this is kind of in jumbled order, so bear with me) I was sitting in my bed last night, trying to go to sleep, and had the storyline of the Battle of Berlin in my head. Why not make it a Battlescenario? A German Victory would be if they held berlin at the end of the game. A soviet victory would be defined (Strategic, Tactical, etc.) by when they took Berlin. This would probably be a HOI3 Battlescenario because to be acurate, Berlin would have to be subdivided. The would have to, to win, only have to hold one of the five pieces of berlin (Inner Berlin, Wedding, Weissensee, Neukolln, and Tiergarten) Someone who has ever been in Berlin or even Germany (I'm copying down places from a book) can probebly critique my province choices. The map would include Stralsund, the five pieces of Berlin, Kustrin, Danzig, Poznan, Breslau, Cottbus, Potsdam, new province of Seelow Heights, (Is Rostock in that area?) and Magdeburg. The German armies will be the 9th Army, Army Group Vistula, 3rd Panzer Army, 12th Army, Fortress Berlin, and an SS Germanic Corps. They would be placed in, respectively, Kustrin/Seelow Heights with LVI Corps in Potsdam, Stralsund, Stralsund, Magdeburg, 5 Provinces of Berlin and Stralsund. The Russian Army Groups would be 1st Belorussian Front under Zukhov, 2nd Belorussian Front under Rokkossovy, and the 1st Ukrainian Front under Koniev. I'm not sure about the army group compositions. I have also come up with events:
