Hello guys, this is my first AAR, I have been a stalker without profile for a couple of years, recently I said myself to go and do an AAR, beware of grammar and other mistakes 
feel free to give me pieces of advice about the AAR

Austro-Hungarian Empire
Started 9th of May 2017
Version: THF 4.02 WW1 modv0.95
Scenario: The Powderkeg of Europe, May 1st, 1910
Goal: To ensure the survival and prosperity for the dual monarchy
Style: a bit narrative, historical and satiric I would say, not sure, check it out and you will see
Here is the empire surrounded by many neighbors, let´s see what the kaiser and king, his majesty Franz Joseph has to say about it:
"The closest to my kingdom is of course the German empire, we share the same culture, history, we had some disputes in the past, but we put them aside. Wilhelm II is aware of his roots. Next to them are the Russians, we fought together against Napoleon, in 1848 they helped to establish order in the monarchy, the times were hard when I came to power. But it looks like that we don´t have that bond as we used to....Europe is changing."
The other nations surrounding the empire are Italy, a fairly new kingdom and our allies, Romania with a German ruler and newly formed Serbia and Montenegro. Some of the military stuffs want to expand to the Balkans even more, but his majesty is trying to avoid wars since his empire has seen many.
"I want to have a modern empire where every citizen feels that he/she belongs to it."
Viribus Unitis
We don´t bother to much with foreign affairs since we are a multinational empire and we have interior issues + the current state of army and it´s facilities is lacking. The ships (SMS Admiral Spaun and SMS Erzherzog Franz Ferdinand) being built will be sold to private enterprises and
made for civilian use.
There is almost no IC at all to manipulate with. The resources are kinda OK if we don´t take in consideration that we are not producing enough of them.
All milita units are disbanded which results in an increase of manpower to 700, don´t worry the mostly Landwehr units were employed as police, fire fighters and other state jobs.
When checking some stats and you realize you don´t have an air force at all. I guess people are stealing the fuel.
The plans for the intelligence is to raise national unity, also I changed a minister because of that.
Politically we aim for the same as intelligence is required.
The army will count on quality and not quantity, so upgrades will be applied. The army also undergoing a change in the command structure which is to be done until next summer.
On the 4th of May the Albanian uprising happens, which was dealt with by the 8th of May by the Ottomans.
On the order of the kaiser free press was allowed, there is nothing for the monarchy to hide/censor to it´s citizens. Is this the right way to raise national unity in an multinational empire?

23rd of August: Japan annexes Korea
28th of September: revolution happens in Mexico
5th of October: revolution in Portugal
The kaiser and king expressed his preoccupation regarding all this revolutions. "Are people changing?"
Something that was changing for sure was the equipment, at least theoretically, of the army.
There is still a lot to be desired....the army will have to await for all the upgrades. At least the resources numbers are mostly green.
The spies were finally given something to do on the 20th November, and this was Tech espionage on United Kingdom, Republic of France and Russian Empire, soon there were also successes. Already on the 8th of December.
On the 11th of January the kaiser and king was greeted with news from Škoda work.
Škoda representative: "His majesty I present you the 305mm Mörser, which is the heaviest cannon on the whole continent of Europe, it´s destructive power won´t be contested any soon."
Franz Joseph: "What´s the firing range on it?"
"Above 10 km I can assure you that my kaiser, but it is not the range it´s feature but the angle of impact that matters."
"Impressive, go on"
"It can bust heavy fortresses and avoid heavy loses on our side but induce them to the enemy"
"Send it to the army, let the field test it and I want their report on this"

The army was very impressed by the power, unfortunately due to lack of resources only a few models were ordered into production.
Other things that happened by the screenshots didn´t work was
the Mexican revolution on the 24th of January 1911-which struck fear in the kaiser and king that this may happen also in Europe
Another Albanian uprising on the 25/3 1911 which was suppressed by the 6th of April
"The Ottomans war once a force to be reckoned with, nowadays they can´t even manage their country"
Since nothing relevant happened until the reorganization of the army in August this is it for the first chapter, hope you guys liked it, I´d love to get some feedback.
