I purchased the game a week back now and it was running without any issue on the first day. Every time I have opened it since the game was lagging and stuttering. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion or jumping. I have no idea what is different.
I tried rebooting the game, rebooting the computer, verifying the game files, reinstalling the game, loading an older save, starting a new campaign, lowering the graphics, launching from steam, launching from the paradox launcher, updated drivers.
I really enjoy the game and would love to be able to play it but it is unusable like this.
