As everyone knows about the release launch of I:R and other problems, but the game in the current state for me is good. It's sad the development was paused, but still has some fun to deliver, and now that I learn more about the game I decide to make a fast expansion of Rome with another Iron Normal game. Was easy attacking Epirus, Syracuse,Italians and some Cisalpine Gauls. But after that, came the problem that is similiar to EU4 when you 'expand fast', you need to solve the problem with rebels and province loyalty, which I resolve converting the culture and religion, but even with that a I had a Civil War and some province goes very low on loyalty which affected my War against Carthage and Macedon.

Even changing culture status for some groups the thing was not so easy. I'm still looking on the Tech tree how to have a better performance on province loyalty

Somebody know how to change Republic to a Empire? How appoint a dictator? It's a option on Characters rule when we are at war ? It's possible to do that?
----Edited----

Achievement

Imperial Ambition

Adopt the Empire government form.

-----

Below is the screen on my attempt to expand fast, because of province rebellion and Civil Wars I couldn't attack Carthage and Still had to fight Macedon, which brought my army power to 0.

I don't use any mod, still looking and read some of them, when I played Sparta on 1.3 and 1.4 patch was very strange don't have 2 kings.

Edit:
It seems that Antiogid Kingdom fall very easily in my games with Rome and Macedon take all over the place. As we know that Alexander empire broke down in 4 main nations. Would be crazy if the AI restore it hahah.

If the game implement production of other Comfort Products on Trade System would be great, like in the Steallaris. Have a production system of Weapons,Armor,Furniture, and the exchange of that on the trade would be good.

Hello, although I haven't played much as Republics please see in the beginning of the attached the oratory Inventions you need to take
(don't try to speed run it as this is suboptimal and just part of a "challenge"). To change to empire you need to get at least to a certain size and then take the relevant law change (check the law tab).

Really thanks, that gonna be very useful to me. I looked on the I:R Wiki and didn't found anything how to become a Empire. When I have time now I will try to implement this on my game.

----EDIT----

In my previous game I tried to become a Empire but didn't know how to do that.

The crazy guy @IsaacCAT was this one , I have to check if was him or not because he became the party leader so his loyalty was high. He on the end bring all his money to another leader party before he was murdered. His last act was the foundation of the Empire even with a high cost.

That is him after the battle on the senate, after the Civil war, rebellions and prison. To ensure is him after the change of consul he appears with 0 of Loyalty. He escaped prison because of his influence and look how many places he

To finish this thread I became a Empire with Rome, but not as planned. The things change very hard and I wouldn't post this here because I really thought that I had loosed the game with a shameful defeat. My plans were weaken Carthage force on Iberian and try a fast conquest of Macedon and after that another attack on Carthage. The First Carthage plan worked and the Macedon failed, I conquered only the Carthage city and two large territories on Iberian and from here the game take a route that I wouldn't even imagined that the AI would do.
If wasn't for the Persian Empire that came and reached Anatolia my defeat would be announced from a almost 2600 score points or 3k to a 100 points or less. I really disappeared from score board.

After the War with Carthage I couldn't securely integrate the Carthage city. They kept going on low loyalty and soon Macedon started wars with me and other provinces kept going on low loyalty and from here my stability beginning to go down all the way to 0. And Thrace announced war with me, Macedon as Well and Carthage again. As wasn't enough all my previous conquered provinces started a rebellion and from a Great Power, Rome became less them a region power and I think this happens in less then 10 years. Was a full collapse, everything by my bad management and I forgot the religion sacrifice to increase the stability I think , and I was tired so I could not remember where was it. To increase the challenge in this exactly wars I lost 2 legion eagles affecting all my armies and etc in my nation. Was like "Rome you go down and never gonna appear again on the game". But against all the odds Rome recovery was fast them expected and a surprise for the AI. For those who don't know when you are with low loyalty you can't do anything with your province, now imagine that some governors were on low loyalty too, what you need to do to regain everything? Maybe now you can understand the real challenge. I really didn't take to many pictures because I really thought that I would loose and give up of this campaign, but I didn't accept what happens.

The pictures that I got

For those don't believe that last picture explain the situation, yeas 2 Eagles lost on to Carthage and Another to Macedon. The Carthage region on the north that not together with the others was the region that I had, and another region on the south too and Carthage City that I sacked. This last Picture show the Rebellions and I was trying to recover everything. As you see even the Island that when we began the game belongs to Carthage rebelled, some got idependent as Sicily because of Peace deal from Macedon. And other rebeled and got indepedent as well

But the game as far from End they kept pushing me with 0 of army power to collapse. In the memories of Postumus Fabius and Boni Partie the Cornellius family call for the Kingdom and the Empire.

And has one last thing before the game ends! And I don't know if i will get it.

So this is the complexity of the game still lack some things on trade system and other things on diplomacy.

Nice chaos you got yourself into. A civil war helps a lot to break a vicious circle.

Anyway, I am thinking how the game could simulate in more ways the Fall of the Roman Empire for all players that grow big enough. Something similar to what almost happened to you.

Funny that when I Declared the Dictator they Called my Region Western Dictator Rome and the other Eastern Dictator Rome hahaha before became Rome Kingdom and Empire. This war endured more than 30 years i think.

But everything has a cunning plan on this campaign. Was hard and tough but was very challenge.
-------Edit----
They could simulate it to any nation like happens to Macedon and Rome.

I wished the julli family appeared but didn't happens.
