hello everyone, i've juste bought the game with one dlc, but every time i launch it, when it arrives to the home page, it crashes. After i select single player or multiplayer, the game freeze and then nothing... Could someone help me to fix it ?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Imperator/pdx_settings.txt.

Interestingly that is the same symptom we see on Macs with Intel video cards. First time I've seen it on Windows though.
Given that, unless you have access to a computer with supported hardware I suggest you seek a refund from wherever you bought it.

It is not impossible, but I strongly doubt it, I am sorry. It would only happen as an accidental by-product of some other fix.
