every time I start a new game or load an existing one the game turns off.

Has this game ever worked on this PC? Because neither the CPU or video system meet minimum requirements, and the memory is the barely minimum:

  • Processor: Intel® Core™ i5-3470 | AMD® FX™ 9370 (AVX support required)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: Nvidia® GeForce™ GTX 660 (2GB) | AMD® Radeon™ R7 370 (2GB) or Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics or AMD® Radeon™ Vega 8
If you've just got the game, please seek a refund from that store. Otherwise I hope you have access to a machine that meets those minimums!
