The game is telling me that my vassal is my tax collector, but he is not!

Description​

One of my vassals is described by the game as " Your vassal and Tax collector " but when I checked my tax collectors' window he is not one of them! I've attached the save game and a screenshot showing the vassal and my actual tax collectors.

Steps to reproduce​

Have vassals, have tax collectors, a vassal might be wrongly referred to as a tax collector.
