My game is so much laggy...Why?
GoG customer care says my graphic device isn't compatible (AMD drivers not supported) is it true?
My computer specs: OS: Windows 7 Processor: AMD E2-7110 APU with AMD Radeon R2 Graphics 1.8GHz (4 logical processors) RAM: 4,00GB, usable 3,46GB
Please, if there is any fix, tell me of it, I really want to play it lag free, without pausing whenever I need to see another continent or to do anything

I'm using AMD graphics on Windows 10 and it plays fine. But I have a desktop pc.
Darkest Hour dates from about 2005, so you must be prepared to use 8 and 16-bit graphics.

I saw mentioned on another thread that when using a new laptop that you could try this:

https://windowsforum.com/threads/tu...se-older-games-windows-8-8-1-1-and-10.205952/

I checked on my desktop, and it is already switched on.

EDIT: other than the above, try running in compatability mode for Windows XP service pack 3.

My gaming machine has AMD graphics, and when I upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 I started experiencing ugly lag and flickering graphics that made the UI feel sluggish.
I found this guy's tip to work well for me:

Thanks very much for the advice. I might try that myself as I'm having to use older amd drivers to get the game to work.

I have a intel card and the game works well (but I can't play windowed), but I feel like it should be blazing fast. I mean, between my i3 and 4 gigs of ram (also the ram patch), I should be blazing fast. Yet, this is not the case. What gives?
