The game needs more ugly character portraits.

It seems like it’s extremely rare (maybe 1 in 10,000) to come across a character portrait that is both natural looking and ugly. Nearly all ugly characters are a product of offspring generated with odd proportions. It would be fun to have more characters that look ugly in a normal way (fat, sickly, wimpy, bulky, etc.). Also it would be interesting if there was a chance any character engaged in battle/combat/olympics/games could get a cosmetic scar on their portrait.

I think some illness or battles can give characters a patch for an eye lost. I am not sure.

I like your idea. I am all for ugly memorable charachters.

This reminds me how badly we need a community flavor mod like the CK3 one but for Imperator.

Someone had made a cool Sparta helmet mod not long ago, and I think that's a great first step.
