The game runs poorly in multiplayer since latest update

The game played in mutiplayer on the largest map does not run very well at all. On the previous version of the game running on an xbox series x it played very well but now its very jerky zooming in and out, even at the begging of a mutiplayer game or a loaded previous saved game. Its very strange as the single player experience runs flawlessly and is really really enjoyable. The game runs at a fast pace but its hard to control with the zooming which makes me and my friends not want to play it anymore.

Same here on Series X. Started a new game with 2 players and its strangely slow to zoom in/out or move the cursor around. When hitting start after loading the game freezes for a moment which was not in 2.2. And multiple desync create strafe problems like not being able to build ships etc. Made a tread about it with some Screenshots.
