I launch the game, it loads, and it crashes as soon as i click anything

So far, I have tried all of the following:
Restart PC
tuning off all mods
Update Drivers (then restart)
uninstalling game & reinstalling
uninstalling & deleting all remaning files in the game
looking through the logs and see if there is any obvious issues

I have tried using other PCs recently with this game and it works

I looked at one of the pinned threads and it said to put `-force-d3d9` in the launch options. I did so and it spit out a few log files that might be helpful for understanding what is happening in the game \0.0/

I found the issue, a discord overlay was causing a crash every time.

If you have discord and your game keeps crashing, make sure that overlay is off
