Ethiopia's "The Heir of Solomon" focus is impossible to complete because Mandatory Palestine owns Palestine, not the United Kingdom and the focus requires the UK to hold it.
Steps to Reproduce
As Ethiopia, complete "Rally around the emperor", set up a government in exile in the UK, complete "Boarding the train" and when you capitulate, go to "The Heir of Solomon" and see that you can't complete it.
