It worked for me, death rate went down and residential demand went up. Maybe works too well. I don't even see any homeless anymore, but street ped quantity looks more realistic.Search for "bye bye homeless" mod
It's perfect
Frig off, Lahey!Would be cool if we could build trailer parks to deal with the homeless
The mod let’s you toggle how often it sweeps for stuck unhoused cims…Maybe works too well.
@co_avanya This mod also solved the crime issue for me.I can confirm that the "Bye Bye Homeless" mod solves all of the homeless related issues. It's so fantastic, it's almost OP
Is there a leadtime known for this bugfix? The team is well aware of this bug, sadly they haven't been able to find the underlying cause just yet. The mod itself from my understanding simply despawns the homeless citizens which, while a good way to get rid of them, doesn't solve the underlying bug.
Exactly. Don't spend your money on unnecessary luxuries like housing. When zoning new areas new population moves into the city immediate instead of letting existing population move into the new houses. This should be one of issues here.
Besides that it’s interesting to see that low rent housing seams to be most popular for the wealthy citizens. As my grandmother always said: if you want to learn saving money, learn from the rich.
I said that 6 posts before. Very odd. The homeless cycle never stops. You zone and people came from outside and nobody in your city find a home. Absurd. When zoning new areas new population moves into the city immediate instead of letting existing population move into the new houses. This should be one of issues here.

The te......., sadly they haven't been able to find the underlying cause just yet. The mod..........
I will now go into complete complain mode.Until they manage to achieve an identification of the underlying cause,
there can be no timeline.
