Since the 1.07c, I didn't see any AI country able to vassalize or annex by diplomacy. But it's really damging for Austria ( Bohemia), France, Turkey ( how to simulate Algiers-Turkey relations without?)
I REALLY hope the next patch will fix the problem. I agree the former version was too lax in such situations, but once agin, the current situation is clearly worse, giving to human player a new tremendous edge and depriving the game of any real historical flavour: why I would be worried if my relations with my vassals are under 140 if I'm the lone to be able to vassalize again?
