Can enybody tell me sites about ministers in period 1946-1958 for whole America, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand.
.

Here are some leaders that I found for LT Hilsdorf's Vietnam Scenario, they should help with USA and Asia for the Post WW2 era . .

-USA
General Paul Harkins, commander of US Forces during early year
General William Westmoreland, later
General (Marines) Victor "Brute" Krulak Commandant of Marine Corps
W. Averell Harriman, Asst Sec State for Far Eastern Affairs
Robert McNamara, Sec State
Maj General Charles Timmes, Chief of Military Assistance and Advisory Group Vietnam
General Matthew Ridgway US Army Chief of Staff (commanded 101 Airborne in WW2)
Air Minister, Curtis Le May 1961-1965, did some r&d during WW2, proponent of strategic bombing
James F. Byrnes, Sec State under Truman
Cordell Hull, Sec State under FDR

-South Vietnam
Colonel Huynh Van Cao, commander ARVN 7th Division , 1962
Ngo Dinh Diem, Catholic, President of S. Vietnam until assassinated.
Ngo Dinh Nhu, Diem's younger brother and "Counselor", oversaw police and security
both brothers were ruthless and corrupt
Bao Dai, Emperor of Vietnam under French Colonial rule, called a degenerate, gambled, drank, visited prostitutes
Brig Gen Nguyen Van Toan, ARVN II Corps Commander, 1971
Ly Tong Ba, armor, Captain in 1962, in 1972 was Colonel commanding ARVN 23rd Division

-North Vietnam and Vietcong
Remember, during WW2, the US OSS and the French worked with the Viet Minh against the Japanese. Ho Chi Minh attended the Versailles Conference after WWI and wanted to found an independent state then, but was ignored. He only turned towards Communism after he felt he was betrayed by the west.

Ho Chi Minh, Head of State
Pham Van Dong, Prime Minister of N. Vietnam (HOG)
Vo Nguyen Giap, Head of Army or COS

Stuart Symington, first Sec of AF under Truman, 47-51
General (at retirement) Daniel "Chappie" James, served as commander/vice commander of a number of fighter units during the Korea and Vietnam era

I also have a couple of suggestions.

-Get rid of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, and give them to Germany as occupied territory

-India should consider the following provinces as national provinces:

1512 1511 1510 1509 1513 1514 1514 1515 1516 1517 1457 1456

It's the part of India owned by Germany, apart from Calcutta and Sri Lanka.

Things left for me to do:

-UN natural death of Hitler & Civil War

-USA, JAP and China events for support during the Indian War

-Asian Uprising events

-Islamic Revolution

I'll check out those sites. For the scenario picture, what do you have in mind? Is this just a pic to launch the Iron Eagle scenario, or for different scenarios within the Iron Eagle mod?

A pic to launch the Iron Eagle scenario.

Get rid of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, and give them to Germany as occupied territory
Will do that.

What about South American Union (without Brazil) and United Provinces of Central America (without Mexico)?

It is look powerfull but do you have any other picture.

Flags, shields and counters

Federaci%C3%B3n_centroamerica.JPG

United Provinces of Central America

int-sau.gif

South American Union

oau.gif

African Union

I can make a couple of other choices for the scenario graphic, that was my first attempt, those 192x48 graphics are the ones I have the toughest time with. I guess I am a novelist, not a short story writer :)

Feel free to give me some direction on what you want to see in the scenario graphic

I'll do the flags, shields, counters ASAP!

Any pref on shading for the shields, and background colors for the counters?

Alright, I finished the intervention events for the Indian War. The Soviet Union, the USA and Burma can intervene in the war, sending infantry divisions, supplies etc, altough Burma, fearing Axis expansionism, can intervene more directly declaring war on Germany.

I removed the intervention event for China as they're fascist in this scenario, after being defeated by the Japanese.

T-hiddemen, thank you for flags.

I just realized that there's no Soviet Union in the Iron Eagle... why?
Soviet Union collapsed after WWII into free states: Russian kingdom (PA), Kazakhstan (ST) and Turkmenistan (ML).
This remembered my about civil war in Kazakhstan between communist, democratic and fascist forces. Communist forces are in the central Kazakhstan and they are week. Democratic forces are on the east supported by Turkmenistan, Russian kingdom and USA. Fascist forces are on the west supported by Germany.

Burma can intervene in the war.
No, Burma can not intervente in the war because there will be no more Burma, I gave it to Japan.

I removed the intervention event for China as they're fascist in this scenario, after being defeated by the Japanese.
Well I was planing democratic revolt in China in 1947, so you should put Chinese's intervention in.

Asian Uprising events
Are those events going to be in Korea and Vietnam or somewhere else. I was thinking abou revolts in Siam (Malaysia and Cambodia).

By the way great work General Roca.

You might need to modulate a Chinese Intervention, depending on whether they're still at war (they give less resources but can ally) or managed to become independant (they give a greater support but might want to avoid allying).

Well, I just modified the events so that only China and the US intervene.. Is not 100% what you said Lordban but China can still choose between direct support (War with Germany) and support but not ally.

Are those events going to be in Korea and Vietnam or somewhere else. I was thinking about revolts in Siam (Malaysia and Cambodia).

Well, they're going to be in Vietnam and Korea, since Vietnamese revolts could be extra powerful to represent Cambodian rebels too, and Malaysia already has it's revolts.

So, updated list of events to do:

-UN natural death of Hitler & Civil War

-Asian Uprising events

-Islamic Revolution

-Give the Partisans the signal

-Civil War in Kazahstan

-Democratic Revolution in China

I finished the Democratic Rev. in China. The Chinese can choose to listen to their demands (goverment turns democratic) and if they don't a Civil War with Communist China will erupt.

Later on, if they choosed to listen to their demands, they will be able to intervene in the Indian War.

Interesting website. I liked that book too, maybe someone will make a mod based on it sometime
