Yes, USA will have much bigger forces than for example in 1936 scenario.

fini infantry 44' to 58', all prerequestits done, got rid of UNKNOWNSTRING WANTED for 80% of all the things ive edited so far, got pics redy for the inf and air cav, but cant put um on. Easy tool, well done paradox (yeah rite ) motor stays same (ideas) mech also same (again ideas) that arm cavalry, is now a 20% complete new Arm Inf (ideas) But i change name to armoured inf but it comes up as TECH_APP_6_inf_ARM__P. i need ideas for the other techs

As I said I am not good in graphis (maybe someone whould do this).Motor and mech should stay same, I do not see reason to change them. I do not understand you much about armoured inf. By the way good job.
 
by arm inf, i mean a fast inf that instead of using trucks or halftracks, but use tanks, and heavier modes of transports, but, like i said, its up for disscusion, im havin a bit of difficulty doin effects, 47', 51, 55', and 59' allow the model HQ, Militia, Garrison aswell as the inf type, im not sure if the HQ for example will be at rite year, i guess it will, changed the date. Thinkin that maybe at 55, tactics change more to urban areas, shood i give 55 effects urban 50% or woteva?

hey cuys, i was just wandering if uve got any ideas for the tech tree? ive fini infantry, but i was wanderin about others. Cavalry has changed to air cav. and a new tech ARMOURED inf is in makin. plz post som ideas to help :D
 
Historical reference

I've never done any modding before (haven't even played the game completely), but what you're trying to do sounds similar to the background setting to Robert Harris' Fatherland . In the book version, the POD is a successful German summer offensive in 1942 in the East, and a replacement of Enigma leading to Germany's U-boats starving England to surrendering. The book actually divided the Eastern territories into Reichskommisariats, as you had, though there is a (not entirely successful) attempt to settle the new territories with ethnic Germans.

There's also a movie version, where the war in the West is won by Hitler nuking London (in the book, Hitler exploded a V-3 above New York, persuading USA not to risk open conflict).
 
Why don't you just carry on? If its something you care about, one person can carry a minor mod. See the Omega and Enterprize versions of the Turtledove mod. Or Mithel's Starfire mod.
 
I would happily help with event & tech suggestions, as well.

Tech-team researcher(s)
Will research tech teams (pictures, specialities,skill) that were active during 1948 and 1960.

Event-researcher(s)
Will research Events (pictures, conditions, options for gouverment(s) involved) that will happend between 1948 and 1960 if Germany won WWII.

Leader-researcher(s)
Will research leaders (pictures, skill, traits etc.), both military and political, that would be in high positions (or will have been there if the conditions were right) during 1948-1960.

Event-coder(s)
Will code events that have been researched by the above. Will need to work with them to determine weather it will be a single event or a chain of events. Experience with coding events is greatly encouraged, but not necessary. the same applies to general coding/programming skills.

AI-coder(s)
Will code the country AIs. Familiarity with HoI2 AI is very greatly encouraged, though not a must.

Graphics-designer(s)
Will design sprites, country and alliance backgrounds and flaggs. Will get them ingame as well. Might be called upon to research the propaganda pictures. Familiarity with photoshop or other graphic programs is a plus.

Technology-coder(s)
Will code the technology trees (everything about them).

Units-coder(s)
Will cod the units. As many units that is better.
